mechanism should be flexible, reliable.
3. Thermal pad dimensions:
Adult type: length 150cm ± 3cm, width 64cm ± 3cm.
Children's type: length 85cm ± 3cm, width 64cm ± 3cm.
4. Thermal pad temperature:
Stepping adjustable from 35 °C to 40 °C, stepping distance 1 °C, setting temperature. The value error is no more than ±3 °C.
After the heat output reaches steady state, the thermal pad temperature is not lower than 37 °C.
5. Timer: Step adjustable within 0~99 h, step 1 h, error ±1 min.
6. Thermal protection
7. The thermal blanket has two independent over-temperature protection devices.
8. When the maximum temperature of the surface of the thermal blanket thermal pad exceeds the set value of the working
temperature, the first protection device must be operated to cut off the output. The output can be restored when the
temperature drops below the set value. If the protection device fails, the maximum temperature of the surface of the thermal
pad continues to rise to 60 °C, the second protection device should be activated, and the power supply is cut off.
9. The thermal blanket has an output indicating device.
10. Statistics on used usage:
The controller can count the usage of the thermal pad and has the following two statistical methods:
